Pranom Pop-Up’s South Congress Residency — The Thai street food pop-up is taking up shop on South Congress for twice-weekly hours starting on Saturday, July 4. Pranom will be found in Jo’s Coffee’s parking lot every Saturday from 6-9 p.m. and Hotel San Jose’s courtyard every Thursday from 8-11 p.m. The changing menu will be paired with drinks from the hotel and coffee shop.
