Olamaie Launches Modern Southern Lunch on July 1

Fish sandwiches, meatloaf, and more.

Olamaie, the elegant modern Southern restaurant, will add lunch starting on Wednesday, July 1. The menu, which will change daily, includes The O’boy! (exclamation mark included), a crispy fried fish sandwich made with a Tam Deli baguette, the meatloaf, and shrimp and grits. Lunch hours will be Wednesday to Friday from 11 a.m.-2 p.m., and Saturday from 10:30 a.m.-2 p.m.

Co-executive chefs Michael Fojtasek and Grae Nonas were recently on the cover of Food & Wine as part of the publication’s Best New Chefs feature.
