POP-UP WIRE — Ramen Tatsu-Ya is taking over the kitchen at Congress for a pop-up dinner on Tuesday, June 30 at 7 p.m.. The $65 five-course dinner will feature "Japanese soul food in the context of fine dining fare," like summer ramen and a broth flight. There will be optional drink pairings, too.
