Juliet Announces Beverage Director; More Hiring

Robert Millican, a co-founder of craft cocktail hot spot Firehouse Lounge, joins the team of Italian restaurant Juliet as beverage director. According to a press release, Millican will focus on creating Italian cocktails with a twist (creative Negronis!) and building an Italy-centric wine list. The restaurant also announced today that they are hiring for all positions, a new round of staffing that should round out the front and back of house before the restaurant's opening.
