Chicago institution Gino’s East will start serving its iconic deep dish pizzas on Dirty Sixth starting on Tuesday, June 30. It is taking over the Parish Underground space at 214 East 6th Street. Along with famed pies, the menu will have Texas-themed dishes like the BBQ Brisket Za. The bar will serve cocktails, wine, and local craft beer, as well as Chicago’s Goose Island.

This is Gino’s fifth location in the state, including Dallas, Arlington, and Houston. These branches are helmed by breastaurateur Doug Guller and his ATX Brands group, which includes Parish, Pelons, and Scoot Inn.

For the first two days starting on Tuesday, June 30, Gino’s East will be open from 2 p.m. to midnight. Regular hours will be from Sunday through Wednesday from 11 a.m. to midnight, and Thursday from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.
