As forthcoming Italian spot Juliet is hiring up and getting close to opening, chef Jacob Weaver passes the menu on to Eater. And above you can check out the brilliant new white facade at the former Umami Mia space on Barton Springs Road.

Weaver, who previously served as executive chef of Asti, will be supported by chef de cuisine Brandon Fuller (Café Josie, Wink) and pastry chef Carly Rossmeissl, who previously spent time at Easy Tiger. Below, take a look through all the wood-fired pizzas, homemade pastas, and other delicious things they have planned. Expect the opening to happen in early summer and stay tuned for updates.
