Launderette, the chic neighborhood cafe in Holly, is offering brunch for the first time this weekend, May 16-17, as reported by Austin360. Menu items will include bacon sticky buns, asparagus Benedict, and fried oyster Florentine. Last week, co-owner and executive chef Rene Ortiz posted a photo of a potential strawberry-topped donut concocted by co-owner and pastry chef Laura Sawicki that might hopefully appear on the menu, too.
Launderette will add breakfast and lunch in the near future. Brunch hours are on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
