Jack Allen’s Kitchen 360 Is Now Open for Dinner

Jack Allen’s Kitchen 360 in Westlake is now officially open. The third of the farm-friendly restaurants from chef Jack Gilmore is serving dinner only for now, beginning at 5 p.m., according to its Twitter page. All interested diners are directed to call 512.351.9399. Lunch will be added soon.

Gilmore took over the old Italian restaurant Trento building last spring for the third restaurant. restaurant.
