Chef, television host, and author Anthony Bourdain is hitting Austin this summer as part of his ten-city tour at Bass Concert Hall on Thursday, July 9. Dubbed "Close to the Bone," the foul-mouthed culinary celeb will deliver a monologue on his experiences around the globe as well as an audience Q&A. Expect plenty of good Quotable Bourdain segments.

The $200 VIP tickets, which are on sale right now, include food and a meet and greet with the man himself. General tickets are available starting on Friday, April 17.

Bourdain’s far-flung travel show Parts Unknown comes back to CNN for a fifth season on Sunday, April 26. The prequel to his graphic novel, Get Jiro: Blood and Sushi, publishes in October. Bone in the Throat, the film based on his novel of the same name, premiered at SXSW last month.
