East Austin brewery Hops & Grain’s new coffee shop hours start tomorrow, Friday, May 1, according to Austin360. "I want Hops & Grain to become a lifestyle brand available all year-round, 7 days a week," owner Josh Hare told the publication.
Coffee will be provided by Austin roaster Flat Track and Houndstooth Coffee’s Tweed Coffee Roasters from Dallas. The menu will start with pour over and drip coffee, tea, and kombucha. There are plans to add espresso and roasting in-house later in the summer. The new hours for the taproom are from 8 a.m.-10 p.m. every day.
To help with the expected crowds, more wi-fi will be added, as well as additional seating and a revamped patio. The brewery announced the launch of the coffee program in March when it sought out baristas and bartenders
