The downtown Radisson's splashy restaurant space will soon be home to a new concept, according to a Craigslist posting. It is unclear who is behind the project; previous chef Josh Watkins departed barely a month after signing on.
Previously a T.G.I. Friday's, the restaurant space was redesigned by Michael Hsu for Shawn Cirkiel's southwestern concept Chavez, which opened in early 2014. Parkside Projects parted ways with the restaurant in February.
