Build-your-own burger joint Twisted Root Burger is now open at 7211 Burnet Road, which was formerly the home of a Hill-Bert's. This is the chain's second outing in the Austin market: the restaurant briefly operated a location near campus, which shuttered within months of opening.

Their new location features a nine hole mini-golf course free to anyone who purchases a milkshake (sorry vegans).  Additionally, they serve local craft beer, a slate of "fried things," and bacon-ranch sauce. The chain launched in Dallas in 2005 and currently has about a dozen locations.
