Jodi Elliott announced that she signed a lease for Bribery Bakery’s second location, set to be a combination bakery and dessert bar. The expansion will bring the bake shop to the AMLI at Mueller development complex located on 1900 Simond Avenue. Patrons can expect "a bakery by day and a dessert bar by night with cocktails and plated desserts," according to the e-newsletter emailed today.

Bribery opened officially in March, serving pastries, sweets, breakfast items, and coffee in Wells Branch. Originally, former Foreign & Domestic pastry chef Elliott intended the inaugural Bribery as a bakery/dessert bar on the east side in 2013, but those plans fell through after lease setbacks. The second location is projected to open by the end of this year.
