Bee-obsessed Apis is adding brunch to their plate this Sunday, April 26. From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., the restaurant/apiary will have a dedicated brunch menu every Sunday, with intriguing options like beef tongue pastrami benedict and sweet corn pancakes with smoked pork belly. The brioche French toast has honey made from its on-site beehives. Sides include grapefruit plus blossoms, beef fat fried potatoes, biscuits, and more.
In March, Apis introduced an intimate ten-course tasting menu where diners get a mini-tour of the space. The restaurant is also teaming up with local farms for weekly farmer dinners.
