SAN ANTONIO — Texas Monthly continues their chef and pitmaster dinner series with a stop in San Antonio. The latest Fire & Smoke dinner will pair Jason Dady of Two Bros. BBQ Market and Stefan Bowers of Feast on April 13. [TMBBQ]

SOUTH CONGRESS — Jo's pet parade will celebrate its 'sweet 16' this sunday, April 4 at 12 p.m. The parade route will run from Hudson's Meat Market down to Jo's, and pets can be registered from the limited-space costume contest online. The event will raise money for Austin Pets Alive. [Eaterwire]
