P. Terry's Goes Through 63,500 Pounds of Potatoes Per Week

The last time Eater checked in with P. Terry's about their supplies in 2013, the locally grown chain had six locations. They've now expanded to ten locations, with several more on the way.

Predictably, the amount of beef they go through has soared by over 73%, and their weekly potato haul has almost doubled. Eater breaks down what it takes to keep a growing burger chain going.
