Longtime West 6th restaurant Cafe Josie has undergone a chef shuffle: kitchen veteran Todd Havers is now the executive chef. Former executive chef and partner Brandon Fuller has moved on from the restaurant.
Former chef and front of house staffers Brandon Fuller and Cody Taylor bought the restaurant in 2013 from owner Charles Mayes, and have been steadily moving the restaurant away from its original focus on "tropical" flavors. With his promotion, Havers has unveiled a new "Texas-inspired" spring menu.
