A New Brewery And Beer Garden is In the Works For North Austin

A passionate home brewer is planning on going pro in North Austin, according to CultureMap. Chris Rauschuber and Whitney Roberts plan on opening The Brewtorium: Brewery And Restaurant somewhere in the neighborhood in 2016.

The project's website offers a few more details: expect German-style beers and " a whole Brewtorium community with beer education and regular events like yoga and movies in the beer garden, Oktoberfest, Maifest, special beer tappings, beer pairing dinners and learn-to-brew and tasting classes." There's no set location yet, but the owners are eyeing the Jollyville/North Burnet / Duval area for the project.
