EXPANSIONWIRE — Galaxy Cafe will soon open up its fourth location at 8127 Mesa Drive. There will be wraps, sandwiches, burgers, and salads, along with a few new items. No date has been set yet, but it will happen sometime this spring or summer. [Austin360]

CAMPUS — The Carillon’s new executive chef Azhar Mohammad unveiled the campus restaurant’s new dinner and bar menu today. New dinner dishes include pork and duck rillette, grilled octopus, and crispy pork belly. The bar menu will feature small plates like braised oxtail and Indian spiced spiced lamb and vegetable casserole, plus a classic cocktail menu. [EaterWire]

PASSOVER WIRE — Take part in a traditional seder when Lenoir hosts a Passover dinner. The four-course meal will include smoked white fish, matzoh balls, and lamb shanks. Reservations are required for the $40 ticket. Vegetarian options are also available. [EaterWire]
