The full lineup for the fifth Live Fire was announced today, including Austin chefs like Tom Micklethwait, Noble Sandwich’s Brandon Martinez, LaV's Janina O'Leary, Red Star Southern’s Erica Wakmunski, and others from throughout Texas. The "beef-centric live-fire cooking event" will take place on Thursday, April 9 from 6:30-9 p.m. at Salt Lick Barbecue in Driftwood. There will be wine and drinks, including this year's Official Drink of Austin winner Garage’s Indian Paintbrush cocktail. The $85 tickets to the Austin Food & Wine Alliance fundraiser on sale now.
