DOWNTOWN — Max’s Wine Dive’s new spring menu includes seasonal dishes like artichoke gratin, antelope burger with pomegranate mole, and blueberry-bourbon bread pudding. [EaterWire]

POP-UP WIRE — Waller Creek Conservancy's third annual Waller Creek Pop-Up Picnic will be held on Saturday, April 18 at 6:30 p.m. at Palm Park. Guests are invited to bid online for picnic baskets prepared by Austin restaurants, including Sway, Weather Up, and Gardner. Walk-up picnic baskets from Easy Tiger will also be available for purchase that day. Franklin’s barbecue basket is already sold out, so bid quickly. [EaterWire]
