Fork & Taco, the fusion taco concept on Burnet Road that opened last September, added a new breakfast menu this weekend. The kitchen, run by chef and managing partner Casey Fannin, will serve morning-ready spins on their signature tacos like the green chili pork with scrambled eggs, along with a chilaquiles option. There are also bowl versions, including the protein mixed with spinach, black beans, avocado, and Greek yogurt. Plus, diners can also go for the "build your own taco" option that offers all the fixings of the proper breakfast taco. For sweets, there are crispy cinnamon puffs.
The breakfast menu will only be available on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The casual restaurant also added margaritas, frozen and on the rocks, to their bar menu, which already included beer, wine, and a seasonal sangria.
