New restaurant Waller Creek Pub House quietly opened on Dirty Sixth during SXSW. Tucked behind the Waller Ballroom event space, the pub has thirty beers on tap and a menu of burgers, fries, and classic sandwiches like a reuben and grilled cheese.
Co-owner Jesse Lind tells Eater the pub space is about 1500 square feet with a large outdoor patio, and they should be serving their full menu by the weekend. Hours are in flux, but an opening announcemenet lists happy hour from 4 - 7 p.m. with a $1 off select drafts.
