The long-in-the-works South Congress Hotel is finally taking shape in advance of their Summer 2015 opening. The hotel will include two restaurants and a coffee and juice bar, as well as a number of retail offerings, according to a press release.

Central Standard will be an "American bar and grill" with a wraparound patio on South Congress, serving brunch, lunch, and dinner. California-inspired Café No Sé will be open all day from breakfast to late night. Both restaurants will be overseen by executive chef Michael Paley, who comes to Austin from the 21c Museum Hotel's locations in Louisville and Cincinnati. Coffee and juice bar Mañana will also be a retail tenant.
