The Peached Tortilla’s Southern-Asian Fusion Brunch Soft Opens on Sunday

Add an egg to your kimchi fried rice.

Brunch is coming to the Peached Tortilla on Sunday, March 25, when the Asian fusion restaurant will soft launch their morning-lunch menu. Teased on the menu so far are Korean steak and eggs, French toast, loco moco (white rice, topped with a burger patty, fried egg, and gravy), and kimchi fried rice.

The Peached Tortilla’s brunch option was originally set to begin on March 8, but the restaurant pushed back the date to work on the menu more.
