Major talent from D.C., Baltimore, and New York will pop up for a collaborative dinner at LaV Tuesday night. Toki Underground chef Erik Bruner-Yang will collaborate with Baltimore's Woodberry Kitchen and LaV chef Allison Jenkins to serve Taiwanese-inspired cuisine. LaV pastry chef Janina O'Leary will create desserts with her longtime friend, New York-based pastry chef Pichet Ong.
Pop-up items will be available a la carte in the wine bar and patio, weather permitting. The dining room will serve the restaurant's regular menu. Toki Underground and Woodberry Kitchen will also do a ramen pop-up at the Southbites trailer park Tuesday and Wednesday March 17 and 18.
