Thai-Southern Fusion Specialists Kin & Comfort Join Kyoten For SXSW

Great news for hungry folks on East 6th: stellar sushi trailer Kyoten has invited north Austin's Kin & Comfort to join them during SXSW. The North Austin food court restaurant has their own food truck. Hours are 12 p.m. - 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. - 12 a.m. Here's their new limited menu:

- Hunglay Pulled Pork Sandwich 
( Hunglay curry, smoked pork shoulder, bread & butter pickles, slaw, ciabatta )

- Palo Bun 
( 5 spice braised pork belly, pickled mustard greens, cilantro )

- Thai Spiced Etouffee 
( Chicken, sausage, lemongrass, galanga, over rice )

- Tom Yum Dirty Rice 
( Shrimp, ground pork, chicken liver, bell peppers, onions )
