Austrian chef Florian Prelog's seeks to bring a "European flair" to Austin's dining scene with his new restaurant. Prelog's is now open for lunch, dinner, and happy hour at West 3rd and Nueces, just across a footbridge from the soon-to-open Seaholm complex. Take a tour of the space and ample patio at the base of the Austin 360 building, previously home to Garrido's.
