Italic, the newest Italian concept from the ELM Group, is getting closer to opening, as seen by the plywood photos sent over to Eater Austin. The restaurant’s revamped mid-century modern space in the historic Starr Building will feature a wine mezzanine. Lead by ELM’s Andrew Curren and Craig Collins, the restaurant will serve wood-fired pizzas and pasta. The projected opening date is sometime in March.
