The Airport Boulevard dining transformation continues apace with the addition of Sala & Betty, which is soft open this week. The new casual restaurant aims to offer healthy, scratch-made meals aimed at diners who don't have time to cook at home.
Behind the project is former Aquarelle chef Teresa Wilson. Take a look around the welcoming space, which was formerly home to The Stallion Grill. Sala & Betty is currently serving their to-go and breakfast menus only, with a full rollout coming in the following weeks.
