Bribery Bakery, helmed by former Foreign & Domestic pastry chef Jodi Elliott, will open on Wednesday, March 18. To celebrate the store’s debut in Wells Branch, the bakery is giving away tickets to a private preview party for 40 winners. This will include menu samples and tour of the space.

The usual baked goods will be served, including pies, cakes, and cookies, along with breakfast and Casa Brasil coffee. Expect "whimsical" decor according to the press release, with light colors and vintage furniture. The bakeshop will be open every day from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. An expansion to a second location is underway.

After Elliot’s successful weekend bake sales at Foreign & Domestic, she announced her intention to open Bribery in fall 2013 as a dessert bar with cocktails. After leasing difficulties, the bakery moved north and nixed booze earlier this year.
