The new brick and mortar restaurant from Spartan Pizza has set an opening date: March 2. The shop at 1007 East 6th will offer a few seats for diners, and their primary focus will be take-out and delivery, including an expanded delivery radius. The new store will feature a big menu expansion, including sandwiches, salads, beer, and wine.
Other new food and beverage tenants in the Corazon complex include the Bee Grocery, chocolaterie Maggie Louise Confections, and the soon-to-open Gelateria Gemelli. Later in the year izakaya and sushi restaurant Fukumoto will join the lineup.
