Newly opened bakery and pizzeria St. Philip will have a seasoned Uchi veteran running the kitchen. Page Pressley, previously the chef de cuisine at Uchiko, is the restaurant's new head chef. St. Philip is Uchi's new more casual concept in Austin, and Pressley returns to the restaurant group after briefly serving as the executive corporate chef for Philadelphia's massive Starr Restaurants group. Former head of the project Philip Speer resigned as director of culinary operations earlier this year.
