New Hospitality Supergroup Forms As South Congress Hotel Prepares to Open

The hospitality company behind Sway, La Condesa, and the forthcoming South Congress Hotel has added a number of new partners and slightly revamped their name. Previously known as Violet Crown Management, the re-christened Violet Crown's partners will be Jesse Herman and Delfo Trombetta, the restauranteurs behind La Condesa and Sway, Bill Stapleton and Bart Knaggs of C3 fame, as well as Patrick Jeffers and Stuart McManus. The group's long-awaited South Congress Hotel is slated to open July 2015, according to the press release announcing the changes at the company.
