The expanded SouthBites track during SXSW Interactive this year has unveiled another event: a collaborative dinner at Qui. Paul Qui will join forces with fellow James Beard Award winner Sean Brock and Modernist Cuisine author Nathan Myhrvold, who the press release calls a "revered thinker." Wine pairings will be created by sommelier and Saison co-owner Mark Bright. Tickets to the Sunday, March 15 dinner, sponsored by Williams Sonoma, are $250 in addition to a $1250 Interactive badge purchase.
