CAMPUS — For the second year in a row, the West China Tea Company will team up with the Love Balls Bus to offer a five course Japanese meal paired with tea for Valentine's day. Held at Spider House, tickets for the brunch are $75 for couple and can be purchased here. The entire meal is gluten free, and vegan options are available. [Eaterwire]

QUI NOTES — Paul Qui's blood-based dinuguan was one of the restaurant's top ten sellers, according to a new Bon Appetit piece on blood in restaurant kitchens. Qui values blood for the elements of "richness" and " an iron-tinged, 'well-cooked liver' taste." [BA]

WEST 6TH — Wine-obsessed Arro has more specialty dinners in the works. One standout is a hyper-lux dinner highlighting the wines of Chateau Margeaux. The dinner will be held on Tuesday, March 3 with a limit of 20 seats. Tickets for the five course meal with pairings are $295. [Eaterwire]
