Even though Hanukkah is already over, Swift’s Attic is keeping the holiday going with tonight’s burger special, Eight Crazy Nights. It comes overloaded with kugel, pastrami, brisket, mustard seed apple sauce, and brown gravy, all between challah buns. Potato latke fries are served on the side. It is part of the downtown restaurant's weekly Monday night Big Ass Burger specials. Only twelve of the belated holiday burgers will be available at the downtown restaurant tonight, December 21, starting at 9 p.m.

Tonight's Big Ass Burger is Eight Crazy Nights! Come early to reserve yours and enjoy $3 pints all night long!

Executive chef Zack Northcutt came up with the festive burger invention. Previous burger concoctions include the ramen burger with Ramen Tatsu-ya, the Black’s Barbecue-filled one, and other collaborations with Via 313, Wholy Bagel, and Mellizoz Tacos.
