— Whole Foods created a crisis team after the rough year it had in 2015, from asparagus water, layoffs, and other legal problems. The supermarket chain is opening affordable versions called 365, and nabbed Momofuku’s Tien Ho as president of culinary and hospitality.

— While Mellizoz Tacos is closed today and tomorrow, tamales are still available for pick up orders.

— Fancy barbecue joint Lambert’s is debuting a new patio this week, just in time for the holidays.

— Buzz Mill Coffee is getting into wild game meats and breakfast tacos, offering venison, elk, bison, and more from Broken Arrow Ranch, and the heavy Lumberjack breakfast taco, with beans, eggs, bacon, sausage, gravy, and hash browns.

— Kerlin BBQ is on vacation for the holidays until 2016.
