Central Standard, debuting on Thursday, December 17, is the South Congress Hotel’s heartier alternative to the lighter fare of Cafe No Se. Complete with a wood-fired oven and raw bar, the opening menu is full of oysters, lobsters, steak, and prime rib roasts. The cheeseburger even comes with marrow bone onions.
