Central Standard, debuting on Thursday, December 17, is the South Congress Hotel’s heartier alternative to the lighter fare of Cafe No Se. Complete with a wood-fired oven and raw bar, the opening menu is full of oysters, lobsters, steak, and prime rib roasts. The cheeseburger even comes with marrow bone onions. Scope out the full menu below.

The restaurant was designed by Studio MAI. Along with an expansive wraparound patio overlooking South Congress, there is a private dining room and wine cellar. Eater photographer Robert J. Lerma takes of a tour of the hotel’s latest offering.
