Brunch-only Snooze's first Austin location will open in early March on North Lamar. This is one of the Denver-based chain's two locations for the city, with the second on South Lamar, which will open later next year. The team came to visit the city in September, and hit up  Biscuits and GroovyTravaasa AustinSalt & Time, and South Congress Cafe.

The seasonal menu will use ingredients from responsible purveyors. This includes eggs, a special Benedict section, sandwiches, pancakes, and breakfast pot pie. There’s coffee, tea, juices, and boozy options for drinks. Snooze’s hours will be from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. every day once fully open.

The Lamar Central location on 3800 North Lamar will have two patios, a breezeway, and access to the building’s hidden courtyard. The Lamar Central complex will also house the third restaurant from The Chameleon Group (Swift’s Attic, Wu Chow). The building opened in October.
