Now that cherished campus restaurant Veggie Heaven will have a second life on West Fifth, there is a new menu in the works. Lovers of the Protein 2000 shouldn’t fret, though. The revamped food options will be completely vegan, unlike its original location. Cheese or dairy won't be used in any of the dishes, Stacy Chen, owner and daughter of founder Mei, told Eater. The restaurant also debuted a new logo yesterday.

Construction hasn’t begun on the new restaurant yet. Once finished, the approximately 2,000 square foot space will be able to fit 50 to 55 guests. The opening date is still pegged for March 2016.

Veggie Heaven closed down last December because Mei wanted to retire. Stacy announced her plans to bring back the restaurant in October. It will be found on 1611 West 5th Street in the 5th Street Commons building, along with Lucky’s Puccias and Pizzeria.
