Juniper, the modern Italian restaurant from executive chef Nicholas Yanes, will debut weekend brunch starting on Saturday, November 28. Hours are from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday.
The menu features hearty dishes include oxtail/rosemary lasagna and duck confit carbonara. On the lighter side, there will be yogurt with fruit and cherry granola. For sweets, there are pastries like apple fritters and cardamom cream buns. Cocktails-wise, along with the Bloody Mary, there is Juniper's take on the mimosa with bubbles, orange juice, and a peach liqueur. Coffee includes a speciality drink with two shots of espresso with vanilla whipped cream. Scope out the full menu below.
The anticipated fall restaurant opened in October. Yanes previously worked for Uchi, Hotel 50 in Portland, and various restaurants in Dallas.
