California-based Jinya Ramen Bar is heading to the ever-expanding Domain as part of Rock Rose. The chain specializes in multiple versions of tonkotsu like assari, black, and white. There are also pork and vegetable broths, too. Ramen lovers can choose between a wide array of ingredients and broth combinations to make their perfect bowl. Rice bowls, gyoza, kale lollipops, and more are also available.
Currently, there are several locations throughout the country in California, Las Vegas, D.C., Chicago, Atlanta, and Canada. This will be the third Texas spot, including two in Houston. Los Angeles is also home to Jinya’s Ramen Express, the chain’s fully customizable noodle soup bar. Like the others, Jinya will most likely be open every day. The ramen spot is now looking for managers. There is no opening date yet.
The Domain has become one of Austin’s fastest growing areas, with a barrage of new openings and expansions slated for the fancy mall. This includes the newly developing Rock Rose entertainment district, which will include Sway, Velvet Taco, and more.
