Infinite Monkey Theorem’s soon-to-be next door neighbor Buzz Mill Coffee opened a food truck this week to service the winery near South Congress. It will remain open until the second location makes its debut, though no date has been set yet.

Currently, the truck is serving charcuterie boards with Antonelli’s cheeses and meats. Burgers will be added to the menu, too. Guests will be able to bring food into the winery’s tap room. Hours are from 6:30 to 10 p.m., Thursday to Saturday.

Buzz Mill announced its expansion to South Congress earlier this summer. The first East Riverside location opened in 2013. The 24-hours coffee shop has had several food truck switcheroos in the past years: Blue Ox BBQ, Ironwood Barbecue, and Bark and Briar. The Denver-based winery opened on November 13.
