HEB opened Table 620, the chain's fourth restaurant, as part of the recent location in Lakeway. The new spot opened on November 11. The restaurant is helmed by chef and Randy Evans. Before his role at HEB, he opened green-certified restaurant Haven and raw bar Cove in Houston, which shuttered last summer. The menu includes a variety of barbecue styles (Carolina pulled pork, St. Louis ribs), pizza, tostadas, sandwiches, and salads.
For now, Table 620 is open for dinner from 4 to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and until 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Brunch is still in the works, but will include $3 mimosas. Other restaurants by HEB include Cafe Mueller, Oaks Crossing in San Antonio, and Table 57 in Houston.
