Tomorrow, the owners of popular Southwest Austin restaurant District Kitchen + Cocktails reach out to residents up North. Their newest offering, Oasthouse Gastropub, will combine German pub food with an international wine list, 21 beers on tap, and a spirits menu. The restaurant will serve happy hour and dinner service from Monday-Thursday and lunch and dinner service on Friday-Sunday. Afternoon and late night happy hours will be available daily.

In a press release, Executive Chef and Owner Amir Hajimaleki says: "My brother and I have been eager to start a new concept together. Guests can look forward to our seasonal spin on traditional gastropub fare with a great selection of cocktails and local beers."

Oasthouse will have a "seasonally-driven cocktail program" at the new venue: the drink menu will include both the Beerhound (4th Tap Long Walk Grapefruit IPA, rosemary simple syrup, lemon juice) and the Oasthouse 75 (Mandorla grappa, lemon juice, grenadine, sparking rosé.) Traditional cocktails like the Old Fashioned and the Manhattan will also feature.

The pub's opening menu emphasizes lengthy sections of shared plates ($8-$20), entrees ($15-$38), and burgers and sandwiches ($10-$16). Several salads, two soups, and some vegetable sides are also included. Featured menu items include Bangers & Mash, a Farmhouse Pub Burger, and Texas Shepherd's Pie. See the full menu below.
