Veracruz All Natural Checks Into Hotel Vegas For Third Location

Veracruz All Natural, the taco trailer with the best migas in Austin, has a new location at Hotel Vegas. The truck left its previous spot next to Vintage Heart Coffee on East 7th Street. The new trailer opened at the music venue during the weekend. Hours are from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m., Wednesday through Saturday.

Veracruz already has two other locations: the original one on East Cesar Chavez, and the South Austin one at Radio Coffee and Beer on Manchaca Road. The trailer added a Sunday brunch menu available only at Cesar Chavez, which includes empanadas, chilaquiles, and picadas. There were plans for a brick and mortar on 2301 Cesar Chavez last winter, but plans fell through after permitting issues.

While Emeril Lagasse was in town, he loved Veracruz's breakfast tacos so much that he brought a couple with him on his flight home. Aaron Franklin is also a big fan.
