Recently-opened Wu Chow will start its dim sum service on Sunday, November 15. Reservations will be available on the website sometime midday today. The menu, helmed by dim sum chef Ling Qi Wu, will be available every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Expect to find those famed soup dumplings, radish cakes, pork buns, and more.  Certain dishes are already available for dinner in limited quantities.

Currently, Wu Chow only serves dinner, which started on November 5, and already the modern Chinese restaurant has been very busy. After dim sum launches, up next will be lunch service, though there is no starting date yet. That will be offered from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.

This is The Chameleon Group’s second restaurant after inventive small plates Swift’s Attic on Congress. The group will also open a third place on North Lamar, but nothing is known about the concept yet.
