Bridget Dunlap’s Italian concept Burn is open as of yesterday. This is Dunlap’s sixth project, with two new Lustre Pearls to look forward to, the original one relocated on Linden, and a new one near first location.

The menu includes Roman-style pizza odes to Dunlap’s other projects like The Clive with nduja, fontina, mozzarella, and truffle oil; The 96er topped with broccoli and sausage; and of course Lustre's honored with chicory, olive, chile, and mozzarella. Other dishes include pastas, beef check, and arancini. Drinks and takeout are also available. Daily hours are from 5 p.m. to midnight.

Authentic Roman-style pizza hitting the East side of town soon. Stay tuned to our social media pages for official opening details and hours of operation!
