Drink Up Eater's Exclusive Cocktails This Week

In honor of Cocktail Week, Eater teamed up with some of Austin’s best bars to offer up exclusive cocktail weeks for this week only. Ask your bartenders at the bars below for the Eater special, and they’ll take care of you. Share your favorites with us, and let us know if you’ve tried ‘em all.

Midnight Cowboy (location)
The drink: Roberto Burns
The details: Mezcal Union, Meletti Amaro, Benedictine, and Scrappy’s Lime Bitters.

The Roosevelt Room (location)
The drink: Petraske's Way
The details: Clement VSOP, Applejack, milk, honey, grapefruit peel, shaken and double strained into a Nick and Nora glass, garnished with grated cinnamon.

Stay Gold (location)
The drink: The Name Sayer
The details: Fernet Menta, Campari, soda water, orange, and cinnamon stick.

The Tigress (location)
The drink: Take Me Home
The details: Waterloo gin, vanilla simple syrup, lemon juice, topped off with sparkling wine, served in a cooler with ice, and garnished with a lemon peel.

Weather Up (location)
The drink: Cat and the Canary
The details: Gosling’s rum, aperol, cucumber, bonded apple jack, served in a coupe, and garnished with cucumber.

Peche (location)
The drink: Christmas Came Early
The details: Botanist gin, mulled wine syrup, lime and orange juices, shaken and served on the rocks in a Collins glass, topped with Topo Chico, and garnished with an orange peel.

The drink: Toronto Buck
The details: Wild Turkey 101 Rye, Fernet Branca, orgeat, lemon juice, aromatic bitters, and ginger beer, served on draft.

Bullfight (location)
The drink: Licor 43 Sling
The details: Lustau Solera Reserva brandy, Licor 43, César Florido Cruz del mar dry oloroso sherry, splash of lemon, all bruised, strained into a coupe, and garnished with lemon wheel.

Swift’s Attic (location)
The drink: Rum’n Honey
The details: Brugal Blanco, honey simple syrup, and a dash of peach bitters.

The details: Plata tequila, mezcal, hibiscus, white grapefruit, lime acid, and canela.

The drink: Up In Smoke
The details: Hemp seed-infused Absolut Elyx, mezcal, fino sherry, nocino, fig shrub, blended lime juice, and Austin Eastcider. Serves two people.
